In class we are reading Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and it is probably the most interesting book I have read in a long time. It's filled with twist, turns, and is just interesting. I recommend everyone to read this book. I think it is mysterious and reels you in with all the details it has. It has the best cliff hangers ever. I also feel like Jacob is a brave character. He went into a haunted house knowing there's a chance someone is in there or a ghost may pop out or anything could happen. He is also conquering his fears of just being afraid of everything. Another thing about the book are the pictures the author shows through out the book. These pictures make you think about if it's actually real or make believe. For example, their is a girl on the cover floating. If their was no photo shop or picture editing back then when the picture was taken how could she have done it? It has to be real right. The book is good for anybody for people who do or do not like to read.

The Girl Who Could Transport
What if somebody was stuck in a burning building and nobody had a way to get in? Or if you had to get somewhere with no car, ride, gas money, ect.? How about if you needed to get to point A to point B but could not? This is why transporting would be my power. Think about it. Imagine being able to just go to one place to another with one snap of your fingers. It would be pretty cool if you ask me. I would go everywhere in less than half the time it would take to fly or drive. People think flying would be so cool but transporting is way better. If I'm running late to school, all I have to do is transport and pop into class with no problem. All so if i get lost somewhere, I could just snap my fingers and then I would be there. Transporting would be awesome.

Do We Really Need It ? (OTR)
Have you ever sat in a class and thought when will I use this in life? Well, I feel that way in almost all my classes. English class I know is so, I will know how to use correct grammar, write college essays, ect. I know I will need that in life. Math will also be used in my life. People use math all the time. They use it to count money, figure out your pay, pay bills, to make sure you get back the right change, ect. Then, there is Social Studies. After knowing the basics of Social studies ( like the presidents, how government works, certain history) honestly I think I will not be asked what are the presidential requirements or who is Christopher Columbus or anything like that. Why should I learn something I never will use. Now if your going into the political world and being a judge, senator, president, or anything like that then I say go for it. You take all those classes, but if I am not going into that profession there is no point. Then the last and my favorite subject Science. Now this subject i know is useless to. If your not going into a profession requiring it then why take it. In my opinion, your should be based on your career path. I think by the time you in high school your classes should be based on this. That way people will be happy about the classes. They will actually want to take the courses and try in the class because they know they will use it in life. So think as you sit in your next classes and ask yourself," do I really need this in life?"

My Family , The Wilsons (PB)
The thing I'm most passionate about is family. In my opinion family should come first in life. They are always their to give advice or make you happy or even just get on your nerves. They will always be your family though. They will always have the same blood as you and always be with you somehow someway. Now my family's not perfect. It's my mom, my two brothers, and I.
This person right here is my mom. She's always been there for me. She's teaches me everything i need to know for life and always correcting me on something. She laughs all the time and very, very loudly. She always is singing anywhere she can and if she's not then she is just acting weird or goofy. She never lets anyone push her down or get to her. She just brushes it off and moves on.
Next are my two brother's Justin (the bottom picture) and Jamie (the top picture). We love to make each other mad, argue, scream at each other, and just anything ruin each others day. We all act different but alike its weird to me. We never go through a day without talking to each other and if any of us need advice we usually go to one another. I do not know what i'd do with out these goofy people in my life. We can get really dysfuntional all the time. We not close to perfect but we're good enough to where we're cool with it. And if other people are not, then oh well too bad for them.
